I am working with cheap crap but It sounds good so Im happy with it . 1 Stinger 4 gauge wiring Kit 1 Hifonics HFI 1000D amplifier 2 Boss Audio DVC 15s I actually decided to go with a simple sealed box just to hear how these will even sound . Sorry for the spacing between pictures as I kept forgetting to take them . So without further waiting lets get started . here's a picture of the equipment So Before I even laid out my box on the MDF ,I planned it out with sketchup after getting my basic design . Once I knew the amount of MDf needed I went ahead and laid the box out . Here's all my Panels cut out Dry Fit for the first time only to realize the sides were a 1/4" too long. Time to tear it back apart to make adjustments. Ok so here it is all dry fitted and ready for Gluing. I don't have any Glued pics as I kinda made a mess of myself and didn't want to get it on the camera. I already have the setup in the car but don't have any pictures yet . stay tuned for updates . almost no clearance hopeful noob

merk_master Posted January 17, 2011 Author Report Posted January 17, 2011 Well It was a way tighter fit than expected. I forgot to take into account the height of the subwoofer surround. I started with a tapered clearance going from 36 to 32 inches wide. now its 36" completely across. It only had 16.5" of height. Now I have 18"+ . I still need to clean up the rear deck from having to use a air chizzle and sledge hammer, since my harbor Freight Grinder took a shit on me hopeful noob
