10 cft @ 30 hz

how did you cut that wood, cicrulcar saw? table saw? all I have is a circular saw and that makes it kinda hard to get the perfect measurements and everything on every cut :(

in the store i bought the wood they cut perfect measurements for free.

thats how I did my first box, this time when I got wood there saw was broken which sucks

jesus man....nice build BUTT, whe nyou finish the rear speakers gonna be louder than you subs.... :nuts:

I have those same wire strippers!!

+1 for mounting the crossovers in the space behind the glovebox

I feel your pain with the wire through the doors. I put 2 runs of 16 gauge through a mk5 golf doors and they were just as difficult!

soooo today the carpet arrived (very soon!) and i was able to finish the enclosure. all in all it took me about 16 hours to change my music system.

AND GOD DAMN!

it hits so much harder now! going from sealed to ported was the right decision, its a night and day difference. so ridiculous. i simply love my L7s more than ever before!!!

if the box was bigger it wouldnt fit, its the max size i can get in.

Kicker L7 are definitely awesome, no matter what the haters say. im a huge kicker fan from now on.

in this box they get very loud and sound good too. imo a 30 hz port for the l7s is optimal to hear loud music. after displacements the box size is 9,6 cft @ 30 hz.
