If it needs a pulse, use a switch like is wired on James Toyota. Another good thing about the switch is you can hit it real quick and it will go to the standard default mode when your moving. Works good for when you get pulled over. That is if you can't access the power button quickly. Either way, I know a few people who can wire such things. Very True Sir Jon. That knowledge, and a lack of tools, time and supplies is why I am waiting until I get down to Bradenton to install it. Ray is officially my hero for suggesting this unit...and it does need a switch. I just grounded the wire, and it didn't work, I still got the blue screen saying your ass aint watching a movie. That must be a new thing for pioneer. Changed sig. How bad is it for my a/c vents to blow on the back of the screen? I have them "closed" but some air still gets by? I might be being overly cautious, but I would normally never be able to afford such a good HU, and I want to keep this thing for a while.
