My name is Matt, I'm typing from Italy, Probably I'll make a lot of mistakes while writing in english so I'm sorry about that. My build will look shitty compared to some of yours but I would like to share with you guys my home-made install. I'm not a professional installer. Still need to learn a lot, thats why I decided to register to the forum. Anyway, here we go: This is the beast! lol It's not cool, it's not new, it's very slow too! But.. it's very good for SPL measurements. Recently i rebuild most of the system using Zacks components. This is the box: It's a 270l. (9.54 cu ft.) box made for 2 15" tuned at 32HZ. To make it fit inside the car i had to remove the backseats. Without them there is some free space, I used that space for the amplifiers. I did a 143,7 at 28HZ and 145,8 at 31HZ with a 1500W JBL Amplifier. BEFORE: Amplifiers: JBL GTO 14001E and GTO 1004. I would like to change them some something more powerful as soon as possible. AFTER: Sorry about that crocodile thing there.. lol * Under that panel there are 2 amplifiers, one for the subs and one for the front doors that I'll show you later. The SUBS: As I said I'm using 2 15 now, I would like to replace them with some 18's or maybe 4 15s but I will need a lot of money. Car audio stuff here is really very expensive. ZACKS brand, they are very good on the lows. 2+2 ohm (1000+1000) WRMS Front Doors: 6 6.5" 2 5.1" supertweeters and 2 10.6" horn tweeters in front of the passenger seat. What else I can say. I got a 120Ah battery 1800A under the hood, stock alternator, 50mmq wires and some other things. Everything is stll work in progress. Some videos of the system: I hope you will like them.
