more drilling/tapping into the frame for these 5/16 x 18 stainless allenhead bolts. The step down box is VERY secure! This 16ga Stainless is solid as a rock bent in this configuration. The base of the step down box also helps it's rigidity some too.

this will be a great spot! drilled/tapped using 8-32 Stainless allenhead bolts.

my “test bench” today. 16.3 volts for the system stepped down to 13.5-14v for the vehicle and accessories. Gotta make triple sure everything is good before i put anything in the Caddy. I ran all the stock accessories at the same time at about 100a for 4-5 hours. Watched the temps...the fan cooled the step downs nice!
