    Anyone have any experience with refurbed items? Specifically amps. Ebay has a Kicker ZX2500.1 refurb for $548 shipped. A new one costing $619 Worth it? Are refurbs reliable? Correct me if I'm wrong... the refurbes had all of the broken parts replaced, but the stuff that wasn't broken is still the original material...meaning its older...more prone to break down. After all, things break down over time.

    Haha, that's what I thought. And I can build boxes, homie. I just saw an Obcon box today with a fifteen inch type r today, and I was just tryin to imagine what a BTL could do to one of those. Nah, if I were to build a box for a btl, it would be 1" mdf, brace it and then resin the piss out of it too, haha. But, back on topic, I was just curious. Thanks.

    Would the Obcon GZ 318 HIGH-PERFORMANCE SERIES box be able to handle a 15" BTL? It's only 3/4 MDF, but I've read that the boxes are pretty well built. But still.....the BTL is a seriously hard knockin sub.....so would a guy open his trunk to a bunch of wood scraps after a few days of bumpin? -Sam
