I went to DFW this weekend to see one of my good friends, and spend the weekend with him. Saturday morning, i hit up the CA.com build day. Megalo from here at SMD was there, we tinkered with his trunk a little before i left. Then i went over to hot street to meet up with sic fx, and his bagged civic hatch. cmrs2k was also there in the charger, which is a very nice car! there was more of a show/comp than i thought there would be. Even though the show ended, and then the comp started, there was still some nice cars there. Enough rambling, here are the pics from there... OK, everybody hold up recoomending all these boosters and crap. Tim, you are well within range being only next door. You need a wireless PCI adapter(pictured below) to put in your tower. That is the best thing to use. No offenese, but only people that dont know jack crap about computers use those usb adapter things. That's where we come in. I will take a video of myself installing one into a tower if you dont know how, so we can help you out bro. Also, anything going through usb is slooooow as ass from a $2 hooker. no one wants that. Yes, very very quick, and very very bad. I cant htink of what its called for the life of me, but if it had popped out, i would have lost total control of my steering of that wheel, and it would di whatever the hell it wanted to, and woulda took me, my car, wife, and 3 dogs with it. When i say i was going 80, for whatever reason, i was driving slower than normal. When i'm on the interstate, i smash. like 90-100. Not trying to sound cool, but thats how i drive on the interstate. Anyways, the red circle is the nut that came off, then the bigger red circle is what if it wouldve popped out, wouldve been bad, quick.

Well, I am home. I got here at 2am last night, when i shoulda got in at around 9. I didnt understand why you coulndt re use cotter pins, but i do now. The civic is ok, just not driveable. I was on the interstate smashing about 80 when i lost the ability to steer. I limped it over on the side of the road, and eventually on over to my grandmothers house who lived in the town we were passing through. Then My dad who lives an hour from there came and got us, and took us home. So now I have to make a 4hour round trip to get my car. Plus time to work on it. which is just one nut, and a cotter pin. Other than that, weekend was great. I'll have a thread up tonight with pics.
