  1. my btls doesn't sound like shit, maybe if you don't have enough mids and highs to keep up with it then it won't sound good. i don't like the higher frequencies on the btls, so my low pass is on 67hz. lows are very good though, (i mean low lows like 30hz). its not a mellow soft sounding sub but more of a hard hitting in your face sub also if you are gonna run 2k+ watts on a single sub its gonna be hard to get some good SQ out of it
  2. what 1500 watt amp is he running? it might be a freakin boss amp or a crunch amp, then thats easy to beat. i say go ahead and compete! the more you compete the more experience you get, even if you lose, so what?
  3. get your parents to put you in their name. im 19 and im paying about $100 a month on my 2000 ford explorer. and have only been driving here in the US for a little over a year

  13. that place is beautiful! beautiful white sand, reminds me of "boracay" beach in the philippines. looks like you had fun. our spring break sucks, its on first week of april, latest spring break of all..
  14. it might be pulling 300 amps, and your wire might be only able to handle 250, is it a true 300 amp capacity 0 gauge wire?
  15. oh damn thats a good ass deal. i wish i have space for that bad boy in my garage =(
  16. one of the cheapest places is audiosavings, thats where i got my goliath xxv, they have a good customer service and products come with legit warranty too!
  17. well i just got the campbell hausfeld compressor and all i can say is wow! for $80+ it is definitely a good buy. its my first time using a compressor and a nail gun and im hooked! i wish it has more capacity though. but it does fine overall
  18. i tried it and looks like i have to pre drill the hole bigger than the screw it self because the screw doesn't seem to bite in the plexi(and its making a bad sound as if it was cracking). i'm thinking of just using a silicone caulk to seal it up tight. the edges will be hidden because i'll put another beauty panel to cover it up. btw i used a normal drill bit and it seemed to work fine no problems at all. i also used a normal counter sink bit and it worked.
  19. k thanks! im just concerned that the plexi might crack or something.
