1) Testing is finally getting done beacuse the ONLY person around here who's system I trust to use for a test is just getting back from out of town thats why its getting done now. 2) You NEVER asked for a video or proof of the damage beacuse i OFFERED the pictures. You shipped it like shit, you got paid. I gave you the pics for Fedex to get proof of the subs bend. If you used them (which you claimed on the phone you did) then they saw the issue and paid you for MY ITEM. 3) speaking of paying you, you never even gave me a fucking chance to file. You were on the phone with them after i took pics and sent them.........Try that one again son. 4) I did NOTHING illegal nor anything wrong. I paid for the sub and its mine. As such the insurence is mine. 5) Paying for the insurence.............YOU NEVER EVEN ASKED IF I WOULD PAY FOR THAT!!!!............You offered the insurence in your goddamned auction!!!!! I would have GLADLY paid an extra 20 bucks or so for the insurence. J

With Tooshort saying he wanted me to now test the VC (as written in a previous post) I will test the VC tomorrow. I have a friend with a lil ol JL amp to freeair test it for me. This way we can see how she moves. If all is good I will reply as such. If its bad I will post a video of my findings and let you all see any VC damage that may or may not have occured. I agree on a basket not being much money. MY issue here is I paid for a Treo CSX Quad 2 ohm sub. In order to replace the basket your gonna need to re-cone. I paid for Treo, I therefore want Treo. For a Quad CSX (which WAS NOT a stock option) it needs to be sent in since it was (in Treo's words) a "custom built competition sub and has sub specific parameters." I own the sub, and he gets paid for FedEx's choice to pay. They got his opinion, and mine and made a judgement. In respense to his 600w rms free air pay attention to the video, NO BATTERY in my CRX!!!! That would mean nothing to test with. Sorry but I have not put anything in my Xterra and as of now I have no plans to either. You got paid and left me with the bullshit to deal with. You have seen the pics. People here can draw their own conclusions, and FedEx gave me the info with ZERO issues. Get the claims file from FedEx (not hard to get) and discuss what you sent them, what you told them and why you got the money.
