Well with my Krzr I had to get the software on it upgraded. Maybe the Razr needs to get software upgrades to? Or is it just the Krzr? Cause mine froze, shut off and started back up before I had it upgraded. Other than that your gonna probably have to take it to your Dealer and have them look at it.

My best bet would be is the phone is shot like you suggested at first. By chance did it take a bath at all?

Do you have 2 or 1 Dual 4-Ohm Alpine Type-R? If you have 2 of the woofers it is possible to obtain a 1-Ohm load. If you have just 1 you can't.

Well I got a MotoKrzr. It only does that when my battery is completely dead, and I mean COMPLETELY dead. Like when it dies cause I don't like charging it it'll shut off then when i go to turn it back on the keypad will flash like you said and it just won't turn on, like you said. Hopefully problem solved! Does it even charge or have you tried that yet?

Okay 2 15" Fi BTL'S both dual 2 ohm voice coils. Lowest amount of Ohms amplifier can handle is 1-Ohm. Is it possible to wire amplifier to 1 ohm or do I gotta stick with 2-ohms?

I don't think so, That happened to me awhile back when i was installing an amp without its own fuse. Try a diff. amp

Yeah thanks guys we realized the ground is to small we now have to bolted directly to the frame and use 4g. Yea the little 8g wire got so hot, and i mean the whole wire and it burnt straight through the trunk carpet lol he said he looked back and saw a lil fire lol
