Need help choosing new daily vehicle. 94 Honda Civic(sedan,manual trans) vs 99 Chevy Malibu? heres my take.... HONDA Pros: GAS MILEAGE!,Stick shift(fun to drive),tons of aftermarket support,GAS MILEAGE!! Cons: Top most stolen vehicle,stick shift(B**** in traffic). CHEVY Pros:Everything Cons: GAS MILEAGE! Heres where I need your help... I have a chance to get either cars pretty cheap. Which would you rather have in your driveway for a daily vehicle? Which one would be easier to work on and cheaper to maintain? Would insurance be higher than the other car? Which car would be safer for my family?

Uh yea 4 18's with 20,000+watts has no choice but to get low... But no, I never seen his videos... I read that Scott said that the BTLs and the BLs wont get as low as the Q's(Which I had,And they get hella Low) So I was just wondering. Ok...

To the people that use BTLs daily, how are the lows? Can they hit the 30hz range with ease? What your box tuned to? How much power are you running to them? Thx

I got 2 12" L7s in a 6.5^ft ported box now but its not loud enough for me. Im trying to get louder with that space i have

I love how loud L7s get,but its the fact that they need such big boxes to do so. Right now im searching for a sub that has simular output but dont need such a big box. I have 7.26^ft GROSS and I want to get the most output of of that space. :^

Well if i had one in a 2cube box,how muck port area and what tuning should i go with? Looking for a strong output between 30 and 50hz ;D

Well since MTX suggests 1.75^ft ported(IIRC) how would they sound in a 2-2.2^ft ported?

Do you guy thing they could beat a L7 in output for a daily driver? Also how many watt do they need to perform the best?

What other driver would you compare its output to? Does it get pretty low?

Im planning for future setup as of right now i have 3 setups, 3 12" Fi Qs Ported, 3 12" Kicker L7s Ported, 3 15" Fi Qs Sealed. Which do you think would be the best option and why? For room i only have 7.26^ft Total to work with. Either options will be powered off ~3000wRMS most likely a Hifonics XX Collossus. I want a setup that will be a night and day difference in spl from my current setup which is 2 l7 12s off 1000wRMS which already is crazy loud

Hey Steve what other drivers would you compare the Mtx 9500s to?

I've been reading over on termpro and studing rules/classes ect. I want to compete in Dbdrag and i would be in the Street B class Now let me get a few things strait. (1)"Bassrace" is only a Dbdrag event correct? (2) When a event says "2x" does that mean 2 points? (3) Do you get points for every event you compete in or do you get points only if you win? This is all i can think of right now,but any help would be great

are these louder as a daily driver sub than the 06 L7s?
