  1. LOL sounds good! in other toyota related news. Apparently they have some idea on how to build fast cars. http://www.hotrod.com/events/1411-toyota-camry-sleeper-unveiled-sema-2014/
  2. damn this is worse than politics. Video goes up of two lexus cars duking it out and we got people talking about impalas and corvettes.
  3. It's actually $10,000 but since nobody has ever passed it, I think the money is safe. But hey, maybe jrlutor's ears are better than the thousands of audio professionals that have failed the test! So dude earlier sounded like he was talking about class d vs DE. Which really is a topology conversation right? The only way a amp is going to "color" the sound is in distortion figures right? The only two amps where you can hear a noticeable difference I have found is SET tube vs solid state. And that is debatable too.
  4. appreciate it! I know I only gave you guys a little bit of time and I know you guys are probably slammed right now. Just thought I would post up some specs just in case people needed it.
  5. Just as a follow-up in case people are looking for it. Found the specs on web.archive.org or waybackmachine. 6. nice!.... Edit: Just emailed them, appreciate the help!
  7. So I bought a ST 15" HT sub a little while ago. Well they changed up their site and now I can't find the T/S parameters, emailed Stereo Integrity and haven't heard anything back. (gonna call them during work hours but I am usually not able to do that...I work long hours) But it says it was shipped from the Sundown Audio store via paypal. Wondering if you guys actually sells those subs? or build them for ST and could give me some info? Its a long shot but I thought I would throw it out there just in case.
  8. I know you said it was the toll tag and stuff but thing to remember that saved me a lot of money and time if you do anymore installs in the future. Sound deadner = add mass closed cell foam = quells rattles 20%-50% coverage of deadner should do you, I would use more like 20-30% depending on location like inner door skin, cover it in closed cell foam to cut down the rattles.
  9. yea I don't really understand that either. Music tells a story in all forms, rap/country/rock/classical/jazz. And if you listen to certain rappers they're doing some really intricate things with what they are saying. A word can have two or three meanings in a verse. Not to over analyze but rap is not one dimensional. ....well except dubstep, only story that shit could tell is two computers fucking and a retard looking at them drooling yelling drop the bass.
  10. Been posting on the rest of the forum but haven't made it over here yet. Hopefully I haven't pissed off too many people yet My names Ed, I'm in Virginia, heard about SMD on youtube after looking up some other audio stuff. Decided to check it out and have had fun so far. I have been into audio since my first car, been about 14 years now learning and building. I have put in a bunch of setups in my and my friends cars but kinda started moving out of that and into home audio, worked some retail jobs to pay for my current home audio setup and finally built my first home audio speakers 2 years ago. bought a 2008 dodge magnum and just got a 3way front stage, a 15" Stereo Integrity and am starting the build now.
