    you do know that if you re strip it cleanly and the right lenth you wont have spaghetti mess thats about to touch.. whenever you strip a wire.. twist it. so the strands wrap around themselves.

    every one is different but on mine make sure the positive lead is in the right socket on the meter then turn to ohms or resistance.. then touch the two probes together to zero it out then procede to put the positve on the postive and the negative probe on the negative terminal on the speaker and see what it reads.. if its a 4 ohm voice coil it should read very close to 4 ohms and if its a 2 ohm it sould read very close to 2 ohms

    go to a electrical store.. get yourself a digital multimeter and check the resistance of each coil if you go to buy em... me personally id go for the power hx2s but thats just me..
