i would say the amp does around 1500watts rms because it only has 4gauge power and ground... your gonna melt the wire or get the wire real hot because its 4gauge before u get 2000 watts rms out that amp

man 500 dollers is not gonna be shaking your car if u need a full system,not even a little it will probly bump and sound good thats all lol
