At least it is on semi topic. As far as components, there are really thousands of options out right now. I'd try to being something different to the table. Something the market is lacking of. I can think of a few, but this isn't about my opinion. But I'm glad your trying to get amps settled in before starting on something else. Honestly components, will take a while to dial in, and should be designed and tested for a while before being released. But this is just my opinion.

I agree with you 100%. Not all dealers do that though. I have 3 at the top of my head that don't do it. If people don't ask for prices, don't give them prices. Just answer their damn question. And those few rep the company and makes it seems that DC is pushing their product a little to much. RD had this problem over on ROE a few years ago. It really turned people off from them. This was before people actually realized how RD was. Lol. But those RD reps downed everybody else product and pushed theirs. That's not how you do business. I also think you see a lot of DC over here is because a lot of the post whores(best way I can think to describe them)* post about them nonstop. Think Fi,AA,Sundown,DD and plenty others don't have 10 reps running around here promoting the product. *disclaimer I didn't mean anything bad about that comment. Don't take offense.

I personally believe in karma, and couldn't image somebody ripping me off. Plus, being known of the forum as a scammer is something I'm not going to become. I rather not sell to somebody who I think I'm going to have trouble from. You usually can tell who will "scam" or "rip" you off by just having normal convo about the product.

You going to trust somebody enough to buy something from them, yet not enough to think they are ripping you off from shipping? If you can't trust nobody, you can't buy nothing from anybody.

Would u rather buy a motor that breaks in shipping? Then have all that money lost? The extra little bit of money can really save you in the end.

Just putting the motor without properly packaging it is a major nono. Just because it fits, doesn't mean it will get to you safely. I'd say it needs +4inchs of foam all the way around it. At least to be "safe". But I'm sure you and the seller can work that out.
