Any one have any idea how I could increase the idle speed on my 2007 dodge magnum? After I installed my H.O. (thanks Mechman) My idle speed has dropped. It is all controlled by the car computer, not mechanical adjustment. Only way I have found is to but a +$300 programer.... I cant see spending that for something so simple

I would do the Q's. I dont think you will gain much spl at all. But you will retain alittle more sq, and Q's will do fine on that amp.

I'm running alittle over 10kw and I hate it!!!! I hate getting in the car and haveing to worry about my voltage, and having to throw the batteries on a chrager everyonce and a while. I would say ~1500w rms to bass 75w a speaker. I did an install with 2 12" re se's, on an xt-4000d, with 2 sets of orion cobalt door speakers with a 400w soundstream high amp. And that is just about perfect. Loud enough to impress some people, with out having to worry about batts, alts, tons of 1/0 runs.

Tell me about it... Magnums are easy to get loud, but they dont like big systems

I ran into some major problems so I need to see most of my stereo stuff. I have 5 Us Amps Md2d's for sale... they are like new... The where mounted on my amp rack, and tested once or twice. Maybe have 5 min. of play on them. I am asking $320 per amp $600 for a pair I also have 4 Deka 9aG31 they are like 2 months old, never really used Asking $150 (Orlando area only)

kinda sounds like ur puttin out too high of a voltage and thats turning the amps off.... and when u let go of the gas the voltage comes back down.

normal rule of thumb is a 3db increase when you double power, but thats in a perfect world

I know acouple people who have them on around 3k daily, and lets just say the guy at ups's back never gets more then a month or so break haha..... Btw you friend isnt planning on running this off the stock electrical is he? your talking big money in equipment to to feed them amps.

When it comes to fuses there is no such thing as overkill in my mind. Its like having to much car insurance, you can never have to many. Only negative side is the cost

How hard would it be to extend the harness... I know 4' wont reach. I think I am doing to do this to mine when I order mine.

I heard that SBN 2009 will be indoors this year. What do your guys think about this. I think it is going to change alot from previous years. This also means I have to come up with $75 to plug my car in. (I'm guessing we wont be able to run the cars indoors). I'm also guessing this will also limit the amount of demoing people can do this year. Any one have any comments on this? Also how is bass boxing going to work indoors.
