the bad thing about spray painting mdf is the wood asorbs the paint,you ahve to presand all areas to be painted, has to be dust free and the edegs most of all need to be primed a number of times to stop any asorbation of paint.....i would recomend a oil based high gloss paint and do possibly 2 coats depening on color of paint, cheaper than spray paint and you only have to paint 1 - 2 times vs 3-4 for spray paint, no primeing realy needed due to the smaller of area vs an open wall like in a home, and with spray you would have to get enough spray paint, and enough clear coat which can get expensive

well i just got off the phone with a sales man from o2 audio , and since i have a resale cert in the state of fla, he told me instead of me buying the amps at or above dealer cost, how about becomeing a dealer, not a delaer/distrubtor ....i was like well that works as well as long as i can get the amps i want when i want em..so hes faxing me some info in the next hr to fill out and send back so i can beggin selling and buying direct on the o2 products.... :^ so here in the next week or so i might try a group deal so i can buy a bunch of the amps at one time (3000D's) and get a better discount on them there is no buy in amount for o2 audio but if the order is under 1500 shipping isnt free but thats alrite in my book

i have one of the professional wire cuters , it works great for 4ga it gets a little tough doing 1/0ga and i have to have a hamer assit me in the cuting of 2/0g but then again my cuters has cut thru a live wire a few times and have since been damaged due to 240 volts arcing on the blade :^

i think there well built as well, i know my o2's use to sound nasty when the amp was pulling too many amp, and the voltage droping, when the voltage would drop the fans would sound real nasty....things are rated at 150 amp current draw and i had 2 in my van untill my gear box broke and i had to sell them now i need to buy some replacements :'(

i wonder what ohm load i will recive out of all 12 subs? so i can get just one of them for now and then get another down the road ive heard a few people talk good about the 25th edition amps and nothing bad so they cant be too bad of an amp per say

i was at work. well acting like i was working , and was backing out of a realitors rental trailer park when a guy driveing a lewis bear, budwiser beer cargo van and he stopd and flaged me down and i thought he might have been lost so i stoped and he asked me if i did remodeling and such i was like yea thats why im pimpin a work van...and he asked if i could give him a quote on doing a business gutter repair, i was like sure....not realy intending to do it just to get rid of his so i could contue my day of fuckin off....but i decided to go to the store he was taking about and take a look at the gutter.. what had happend to the gutter is, it was raining and a truck driver that delivers the beer to the stores pulled too close to the store and his smoke stack tore the gutter a little and knocked the down spout out of wack a little, so i was like well thats a very easy repair and i called the man and told him i would do the repair for 50 bucks since it was so easy and wouldnt take but 10 minutes to do...he came out to the store and looked it over with me and he called his boss and told him he found someone to repair it supper cheap and walked off to talk to them for a minute, and came back and asked me to wright him up an invoice and i did and he said leave the amount blank, well i got my ladder and fixed the gutter and it took all of 8 minutes to fix, and he looked over the work walked inside to the atm got some money out and handed me $300 dollars and a business card and said hell be in contact with me to do more repairs as they arrive.....so i was like poopn in my shorts , totaly amased i was given 300 dollars instead of 50 since i had no materals invloved other than 6 . 1/4" machine screws to reattach the gutter with....so it made for a great week and an awsome side job...just thought i would share this with everyone :^ $$$

well as many if not all know i run 12 10"s in my van , well i dont have even half the power i need to power all my subs at the moment, i want to put 3500-4500 watts rms to all 12 subs, battery power isnt an issue nore is alternators, i have dual alts on my van along with 10 interstate batteries with 0/2 ga wire from the alts back to the batts. i dont care if i have to get 3-4 1000D's or 3 3000Ds or how ever, my subs are dual 4 ohm and i can get 6 of them on one of my amps now at a 2ohm load so i can make almost anything work but anyhoo,. what afordable amps would yall recomend, i have to buy the amps out of my own pocket so i cant do high priced amps, im a single parent on a tite budget ...i would like to get 3 o2 audio 3000D's , power acoustik 3000d spl 3000D kole 3000D's , mainly because they are all the same amp on the insides and are linkable so when i get more money i could get more and link the amps and double the power for comps (burps) and un link them for music ...so help a mofo out, if you have a hook up for the amps above let me know or if you recomend a different amp let me know im open for anything, esp if its free

wow 1/2 gal of the foam will become 30xs its liquid state, thats 15galons (size wise) of space filled and for 37dollars is way way cheaper than the can stuff :^

it is pos to pos on the batterys, because like i said pos to neg will give a 24volt load which is very bad lol :^

lol well im not sure im confused now but if you do pos of one battery to the negative of the other battery that would create a 24 volt load

i seen them use that stuff on monster garage when they did the air boat vw bug, they filled that bitch up with the 2 part foam and it made the car float,....wonder where to get it from?....ill google it and see what i can come up with :^

parrale means to put the positive + from the first battery to the positive + of the second battery and then the ground - goes to the the body of the car, and for the cap like he said you simply put a positive wire from the cap to the battery + and a ground from the cap to the body of the car but you have to charge the cap first it should come with a little thingie that you connect to charge
