    Ive got 2 PAIRS of Alpine type-S components. Dont need them anymore, upgraded to Focals right after getting them. 1 pair was used for 2 weeks and the other pair never got installed. Looking to get 45shipped each pair. Yes accepting trades if you have something let me know. They have with crossovers but no tweeters. I upgraded to the Alpine "box" style crossover instead of the inline one that came with them.

    Looks good...but i got 15.3 before displacements. and after subtracting port(about a cube) and the 18s about .25cubes. you should be around 13.75^ft

    Measure 3 times cut once. i threw a box together earlier and messed up a few times because i was in a hurry. take your time, dont rush!

    Alot of the japanese cars are more economy cars...less features = less problems. Our loaded american made cars have a ton more things that can go wrong. plus our engines are 3-5x bigger!

    Thank you! The PA can be louder than the lvl4 and the 4 can be louder than the PA. Its all about the quality of the build and the design of the box.

    Look at my sig...I put em in a sealed box while I was building, so I still had some beat. That wasn't my point, he said he wanted to go sealed and I was just saying that I was impressed with the ssd's in a sealed enclosure.

    My alty puts out the power around 8-900rpm. engine idles at 600. Umm...i ordered the wire harness but i just wanna make sure theyre going to be ok if the voltage happens to drop.

    Ive got a set of 55w HID's on the way. Right now when i play my system full tilt at idle my voltage drops low...like low 11's. Will i have issues with the HIDs? Just curious...

    I threw 2 of my SSD 15s in a small sealed box and i was definitely impress with the output for a sealed setup. Got down real low. Impressive sub for the price. but like said above...you will want more. its a little bug we all have.

    Alot of the subs that are going to be mentioned are all on the same level...its gonna be more about box, install quality to make it loud.

    Are you dead set on keeping it below window line? Because of the wheel wells you cant get any more than 11 cubes. Thats before displacement...and your best bets gonna be port back so you wont be able to use the whole 36" from seat to hatch. Youre gonna need to leave some room for the port to breathe.

    Huh? Are you serious? Do some research before you give bs info. Walling the cargo area theres about 17-18ish cubes depending on how the box is built. come on man...
