Sorry guy's internet kept goin out so I couldn't reply. Ok first it is a bench seat but it has a built in jack and housing thing so I only have 20 inches of width max. I have no other room for anything. He has no bass right now at all out of his speakers, He bought some Sony's from walmart and their running off of his Sony HU yea I know but he's not like us. lol. So the thing is he just wants some decent bass and I think he knows he's not going to get shit out of these two eights but I thought it would be better then nothing so I told him if he payed me to build him a box I would give him the "subs" and it would help with not having any bass what so ever. So straight up guy's, What do you think I only have those dimensions no more! So 2 in a ported if so what freq. or two sealed. He really wants the two subs and if I only put one in the impedance is going to drop and only be 8ohms so I would think it would be better to have both.

Ok but wouldn't I get more output if I ported it? Also you think one "sub" would be better then double the cone area?

I am building a box for a friend of mine and I need some help/advice. Well first they are 2 8" subs from a couple house speakers (he doesn't listen to a lot of rap). They'll be powered by a Dual 2 channel bridge at 4ohms so he'll get about 150wrms. But I need to get the most I can out of these 8's. The problem is it is going to be in a Chevy Ex cab but it's going under the seat so I only have 20" of width 9" of Height and 13" of depth. That is max guy's so I need help, I wanna give him the best output as possible so I was thinking a small circle port tuned to around 40-45hz? Any advice appreciated, Thanks guys.

Straight swap. I just couldn't use the part circled cause it didn't match up but It didn't make any difference. It bolted on super solid to where I couldn't move it.
