  1. have you looked at the Sundown SAZ-3000D?
  2. I Like Common, now Eminem (I have young kids) I can't knock his skills but I can knock what he's talking about. I just get so tired of hearing about how many cars they have, how much money they have, how they're pimps, smoking weed, drinking, and what's the worst is this crap is actually selling. I go back to Big Daddy Kane because lyrically he was one of the best and he didn't talk about killing, smoking weed, or any of that other crap. He let you know that his concern was being the best MC in the game. How the hell do they listen to crap like Souljah Boy? I can't knock you from being from the south but damn can you talk like you comprehend the english language. My neighbor was born and raised in ATL and even he can't stand it, he said they don't talk that bad down south. Someone tell them that the word "watch" has a ch at the end
  3. All new to me (Eric B was the DJ, Rakim was the rapper :tease:
  4. Okay here's my challenge, I want some music to listen to but I can't quite find the right stuff. I like some rap music so tell me of some rappers who: Don't rap about their money, cars or women Can actually make a song without using the "N" word Don't lie about killing, being a gangsta, being a pimp Can actually rap, Lyrically Even if it's oldies like Big Daddy Kane, Eric B & Rakim, Nas The following are not available to be listed: Li'l Wayne, Plies, Fat Pimp
  5. It's good to know that people agree. I miss the days when rap was about your skills on the mic and how you could move a crowd. Greats like Big Daddy Kane, Run DMC, LLCool J (a lot of people don't like him anymore but no one can match his longevity in the rap game). Now they have crap like Li'l Wayne, Souljah Boy, T-Pain (who couldn't hold a note in his pocket) Don't get me wrong some of these artists have nice beats with their songs but lyrically they all suck.
  6. I say go for it
  7. Why is it they seem to try to compare Biggie Smalls to Tupac? Lyrically they were in 2 separate categories. No disrespect to Biggie but he couldn't hold a candle to Tupac lyrically. In my honest opinion the only reason why his career was as big as it was is because of the beef between him and Tupac, now they have gone and made a movie about him. Biggie may have been good but to say he was one of the greats is giving him a little too much
  8. To make your decision I would weigh what your needs are to which amplifier will achieve it the best. Are these your only 2 options?
  9. That depends on what you are trying to do and what are you using this for?
  10. I have heard both of them and I would go with the Fi's, but then again that's just my .02
  11. Based solely on the electrical aspect would I get more power from (2) of the 1500D's or (1) 3000D? I want to run at least 3000 watts and I know either set up would do it but dealing solely with the strain on my car's electrical system. I have done the Big 3 with 1/0 ga wiring and I will have a 2nd battery in the trunk as well as a 250 amp alternator. I am probably going to do another run of 1/0 ga wiring as well.
  12. Who is this Jacob and who does he think he is? (just kidding) I have personally ran the MOJO before and I would definitely go with the Sundown, the MOJO is power hungry, As soon as school is out me and Jacob will be doing business because I will be getting my own 3000D. The MOJO does do 4000 watts but damn it takes a lot to get there.
  13. The video was long but well worth it, This Escalade is going to be untouchable, I can't wait to see a vid once it's completed.
  14. Well, for my bottom bitch (she actually tells people that's what she is) I found out some of her favorite things as a kid and bought them for her, it wasn't very expensive and to this day she will say it was her favorite birthday ever, just put some though into it and you can't go wrong
  15. Check the ground, I don't know why but that seems to be a problem
  16. They normally sell the Memphis PR-124's for around $89, I ran 3 of them in the back of my Buick and they sounded damn good. You could probably find them cheaper on Ebay
  17. Memphis PR series are a good entry level woofer
  18. Sound Pressure Level, I don't think they have one the shows the Db, that's what a TL is for.
  19. 2000 watts maybe, but I wouldn't do 3000
  20. Thieves suck, once I lost a stereo system AND my toolbox, I wasn't mad about the stereo but I loved those tools
  21. The (2) should be louder but with JL there is no telling
  22. I would still go with the Sundowns
