once school is out I can afford to get 2 of the Sundown 3000Ds but right now my money is funny so I can only afford 1 (unless someone has 1 for sale???) Momma didn't tell me medical school was so expensive
-
I've had RF amps before and they are good (even though I had two of them that liked to shut off due to thermal issues) but the Sundown get my vote for the crown.
-
My uncle can do the dual alternator thing for me and the batteries won't be a problem, my concern is for right now would 1500 watts each be okay for the BTL's? or does someone on here have a hook up on the RF amps
-
With a Suburban I could do a dual alternator (unless they make a 300 amp) I'm just curious about the space issue with the box and the batteries. Anyone know of a setup on here where they kept the 3rd row seats?
-
I was looking into (2) of the Sundown SAZ-3000Ds, I figured a 250 amp alternator and 2 batteries should be enough
-
I was just watching a vid on here and he had to of the BL's but it seemed like he didn't have the room if he had the 3rd seat

I am looking at a 2001 Chevy Suburban, I want to do (2) 15" Fi Audio BTL's in a ported box but I can't lose the third seat, is this possible?

Oh also, Respiratory Care week is coming up (I am almost an RT!) take care of those lungs or I may have to come see you -
Get the Sundown 1500D
-
What's the concern?
-
Are You serious?
-
I like the Sundown amps
-
Increase the budget, if you want 1200 watts each then you want something that willl do the job like the Sundown SAZ-3000D
-
I am going to run (1) 15" Fi BTL for now in my Toyota Camry with a Sundown SAZ-3000D, I want to eventually run (2) of them once I get my Suburban but for now will the (1) 15 be able to handle the 3000D?
-
I do it because my sound output is better, with the deadener the rattles are minimal.
-
I can say that with my Kicker's (I have a 97 Toyota Camry) if I leave the seats down and face them towards the rear of the vehicle it seems to sound louder. The box is ported if that has anything to do with it.
-
Well I will wait and find out, hold on to that design I will be getting that box from you
-
So if I have this correct the box is with the sub facing towards the backseat, will this clear my speakers in the rear deck?
-
I have never dealt with an RF amp that big before but I did have a MOJO and it was BADASS! They are power hungry but I was not disappointed at all.

I am running (2) of the 12" SoloBaric L5's with a Memphis PR-1000D (until my rebuild) I have to be honest these are some nice subs. They have never quit on me, I know they aren't the top dog out there but they do sound good. I got these because I was getting ready to try and compete for another company (I won't mention the name but it Really Did not come together for my Audio needs). So until I finish my rebuild these will do

Check Fi's website, I think an 18" is like $439
