check out this vid anton made. He's ran both sa 12s and vvx 12s and he says they are pretty much the same except the vvx is more of a low end monster.

I would keep the sa 12s.

RF T1500bdcp, AQ1200, and Sundown SAX 1200 are amps I would look into for that sub.

Don't buy the TB and extend the wall to the b pillar in the burban, then just buy a normal vehicle as your family/daily vehicle.

Yesssir! Substage is staying the exact same! Will probably add some steel to the inside of the box between the 2 baffles but that will be it for the wall! :popcorn: good to hear, with that kind of output at such a low frequency I would not try and rebuild it already lol.

Good point actually same amount of power the 2500bdCP's do like 3400 each but yea less cone area.. but steve has never showed us his actual numbers he does just at like 20hz I'm just going off of rated power, we all know the DC 9.0s are also under rated.

seeing that vid makes me even more impressed with your system. Same style tahoe, less cone area, and less power, but just about as loud as his.

SA 8 is a beast and that PR came out nice and clean too.

the sax 1200 is better for a daily application where you are wired at 1ohm. Pretty sure jacob clamped it doing around 1200 watts at 2ohms even though its rated 1200@1ohm
