Met up with Tim AKA DCbassboxer here on youtube to do some demos and get some footage. This thing gets down for sure, I believe it can burp a 146 and does 143-144db 30sec average on music. I'm liking these vids of the tahoe hitting the low lows. Not many vehicles can play 20hz like that.

the DD-1 is a Distortion Detector designed my Steve. it is used for setting gains properly. no more of this "turn the volume up 3/4s of the way, turn the gain up on the amp and then turn it back down so far" very legit device. id love to have one but im kinda... broke It was designed by D'Amore Engineering and Steve.

you will be fine with glue, screws, and clamps imo. No need to add weight. Just use the clamps to hold the freshly glued wood together while you pre drill holes and screw the wood together, then you can take the clamps off.

No you can't bridge it, it just has 4 speaker terminals for ease of wiring

I would go with a singer alt. That's what I plan on using. He offer's a LIFETIME warranty, and is easy to get in contact with unlike a lot of other alt companies.

I would go with the 1.2k, it would be a perfect match for them.

I would get a Z15 from sundown to match the amp, a lvl 4 won't like 1500rms if you like to play music daily 20-30min full tilt like me.

What are the dimensions on your box? I have a grand am also with a 4 cubic foot NET box and it barely fits.

Ya its normal, pretty sure its just the relay in the amp.

Got mine today, definitely impressed with how thick the foil is on the alpha damp.
