    they do but I didn't turn the amp all the way up (Greg suggested I leave it down a bit). I have all the amp I need even if I step up to 15's later. Now I do have a 200a alt and 4 total batteries. Gotta have the charging system up to par.

    I have an ESAB Migmaster 203 and that bish handles anything I throw at it. I got it with free shipping off of Ebay. I got the smaller bottle, and it was like 400 dolars just for the bottle (75/25 argon/co2) and fucking worth every penny.

    I had (still have but a neighbor broke it) a smaller compressor that I am going to turn into a slave tank for the beast I am picking up this week. 20 CFM at 40 and 90psi!

    I was looking to pick up a couple more HC-800 batteries. In two weeks the fucking place went up like $40.00 per battery. The guy tried to say that was their price, but I told him what I paid a couple of weeks ago and he acted like I was the ass hole. Where can I get these batts at a decent price?

    I used a sledge and a punch. Of course I make my own connectors out of copper pipe. FTW I DO IT ALL MY SELF! One of these days, I'll figure out how to make my own amp. EDIT I JUST NOTICED I HIT 666 POSTS IN THIS THREAD ON FRIDAY THE 13'TH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :diablo: :diablo:

    I'll let you know what I think of my aeroport in about a week. I am going on leave Monday and building 4 cubes with a single 6" aero for two SeXXX 12's. 'Tis gonna slam.

    No way. It all starts with a good deal on subs, then amp, then wire, then deadener, then alternator, then wood and last but not least an upgraded HU. It is never cheap because most of us don't want a component of our beloved system to fail because we were cheap asses. Give it a second look and make sure "cheap" is where you want to be.

    So I start in the morning/afternoon next week/year. I have way too much shit to do, but first will be dropping in the new alt, mounting new batts, mounting new amp then build (fucking trip over) new enclosure.

    The last 200 amp alt he sold me was putting out around 220 or so amps. He is a good guy who will stand behind his product.

    This isn't the first time I worked with Nate. And if it only put out say... 170 amps, that would still be like $150.00 cheaper than these other guys who quoted me. I still call that a deal.

    I am getting some wood after work tomorrow... (Jumping out of a Casa 212) and would love to do it right. The thing is, I have never heard a side ported enclosure. If it is a bad idea I would love to know.

    I am on my second Excessive Amperage alt and Nate fucking delivered. Everyone else said 160 amps or so was all they could squease from a stock case and Nate sent an alt putting out just over 200 amps for more than $100.00 cheaper than a 160 amp alt.
