When you say "The amps are basically the same amp just different cases", I hope you mean they are exactly the same electronically. If not 100% the same, dont link them or you will certainly damage one or both of them.

Yes, you can strap these amps but you will need a MaxxLink in order to do so. This is true for almost any mono amp that does not already have the strapping feature built in. Many of the higher power Hifonics mono amps have the strapping feature built in.

Yes, it actually provides at least 125 watts x 4 RMS at 4-Ohms. -

I'm a little bias of course but you may want to consider the MBQUART Discus DSC4125 4 x 125 watts RMS. -
There are alot of great head phones and most of them have been mentioned already. However, here is a recommendation from someone who flies 100,000 miles plus per year and not only enjoys good sounding music but also cares about comfort and noise cancellation. Try the Sony MDR-NC60 ($199.00) or the ultra nice MDR-NC500D ($399.00) http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores...categoryId=3728 They are available Sony direct or Best Buy. If you are not concerned about noise cancellation, try one of the other recommended models.
