Yes a huge differnce. Some hus have better adjustments like time correction, eq, hpf, lpf, etc. Some have stronger preouts for a stronger signal like 2v,4v,5, my pioneer even had 6.5v. Also the higher end brands dont lie so much. For instance my friend had a 4v Kenwood? i dont remember it was something shitty and when i put a 2.2v pioneer in there the preouts where clearly stronger. As for pioneer being better than Alpine i disagree. I love both and i would gladly take a newer pioneer over a newer alpine but my oldschool alpine kicks the shit out of any pioneer i tried even the new prs.

My battery is draining fast when the car is off. i think it might be one of my relays for my alarm that ive installed. Could that be a problem? i have 2 for the door actuators, 1 for trunk release, and 1 for for remote out. Also i have a proxiemety sensor with a switch on it. My alarm is a Viper 691xv and yes i tried removing all the fuses and nothing changed.

If you already have the 800a2s then i would just use those. All the Birth Certificates ive seen have around 1000rms+ at 2ohms. Those amps can take a beating. I used to have the version that came out after that, not the 801s but the one before that. That thing pounded even in my shitty box. It just got hot. Til i got some fans for it. Bought the fans on ebay for like $5 its worth investing if your good with that kind of stuff. Just talked to a friend said and he drooped it down to 1.6 ohms not sure how but this guy know his shit.

OK, so i would like to here what you guys consider your favorite audio brand. NOT which is the loudest or the most powerful, but what you have had the best experience with or has sentimental value to you or whatever. My favorite is Pioneer and Fosgate. Pioneer because i can setup even there lowest end deck to my liking, and it was one of my first deck. Fosgate because no matter what i put them through they never crap out on me. Plus there small but with balls. Remember i haven't tried every brand out there and im pretty sure that my opinion will change down the road, but so far these have been very faithful products.
