    one of the reasons i havent worked with plywoods to make boxes is the splinters and of how the edges round over. whenever i would round over plywood it wasnt very smooth but that was with oak so maybe birch is different i dont know

    so ed for bassrace purposes birch or mdf with tuning around 35 hz on 9k which in your experience would work better?

    i think it was somewhere around 140 pounds a sheet for 4x10 sheet

    it is compared to 1 inch but i dont know compared to birch i have never bought the stuff
