Alright the word is in! For the price with navigation you cant bet it! On Fleabeay of course snatch one up for the quick 750! which is Navtech but still has the late 2006 map codes. The good part is the navigation drive (NVE-P1) was made to be compatable for the IVA-203 and IVA-505. Basically one of the first all in one Alpine Navigation H/U. Besides that there is a couple bummers which is not compatible with the newest Alpine sound processor PXA-H100 Imprint. Only compatable with the IVA-W505 and IVA-D106 Pop Out. Only feature it has which is Loudness which is somewhat new but not the original MediaXpander feature which doesnt even come in any of the new headunits only in the sound processor. Ok the somewhat downside of this situation is the IVA-203 was made to be compatible with one sound processor and it was the PXA-H701 which was one of alpines best sound processors but dirt ass exxpensive. Also Alpine had stopped making it within the past year. It was the first Alpine 5.1 Sound Processor if im correct. Also 4V Preouts, Time corrections etc the price is almost triple the price of the PXA-H100. Also ive been noticing the navigation drive NVE-P1 sometimes freezes and wont come back on til another half hour. Not even working back up after the reset feature. Anyways Alpine has promised they will release an update the NVE-p1 navigation drive which is updateable within the next couple weeks or month.

Yeah i have a batcap model 800 and im really impressed with it. Not to mention it only weighs 14 pounds! Also it is 70% Battery and 30% Cap just a little food for thought!

Well one L7 15 is not gona do it if your a basshead! Also i dont think that amp would be enough to power two L7's 15's. Again thats just my 2 cents. Oh by the way Kicker doesnt make 15 Solo X they never did!

I Agree! Growing up being the biggest 2pac fan as a kid and hating Biggie's guts was priceless as a kid. I was also wondering if the new Notorious movie would be worth watching. Anyways Biggie did it to himself thinking it was cool to hit the streets of cali like the bloods werent gona touch him. Again his case may go unsolved but at the end it was Suge who put him 6 feet underground and basically still got away with it after all these years. Know for the 2pac unsolved mystery case its still not gona get solved til this day. Alota ppl point the finger at the local Crips and some think it was kurrupted Suge. Either way I miss Pac and nobody will fill his shoes.

Id go with a yellow cap up front. Its made to take the abuse on the cold and has a quick recharge. Just my 2 cents.

This is a tough question! From Owning The First Solo Baric 15 l7 (Red & Black) They Were Moving Like a mad machine but however there was a flaw in how it was built from the back cone (Wires etc). Then the 2005 Models came out from what i remember they were silver. Never got a chance to see them. Anyways late 06 came in i had ended up toastin one of my L7's powered to my older Viper Directed 1100d Amp! It was mainly due to the whole amp pushin one sub at the time because the other l7 had a disadvatage with wires endin up always havin to suttor it but it still didnt do anything. Anyways ended up kickin the the orginal solo barics away & amp and got the new 06 models in late oct around the time they came out. Boy i didnt regret it. These things were kickers best build solo barics for the time. Then i had noticed when they 2007 versions came out kicker didnt do anything different and kept it the same and just updated the name year for it. Then 2008 havent got a chance to see these in person but they did some better modifications for sure on the build of the sub. If you check their site it shows all the new adjustments they done. So as far as which hits harder i wouldnt be suprised if the new 08's take the throne but the 06's wont let you down.

Dude have you tried taking your battery to a local autozone and have it recharged? I did this once and it worked with the yellow cap.

Kicker really does deliver the value with their L7 15's. I had grabbed mines right when they came out in late 06. Theres alota top notch subs out there but for more which i think are too overpriced. These subs weight about 25 pounds each and are really 18 inchs from angle to angle. Either way every top notch company has their own style of bass and clarity. Especially when these subs are powered right they wont let you down.

Hey newb to the site but been round the forums for a while. This seems to be the top dogg sound site and would love to learn good info on this site. Anyways i currently have a 03 Marauder modded the hell out wid car audio. I love the system and the bass slammin. I have a good clean setup and some of the best toys in the game. Anyways if i was to pick one thing thats favorite on my setup it would be my Rockford Fosgate 1501 Bd Power Amp! Letme tell you that amp is truely indeed one of rockfords best amps ever made and true AZ power! Anyways love to get the best input out this site.
