Can I get another reply? I emailed you guys twice about the harness with no reply. Wondering if we can work something out since I just dropped $150 on a harness last month. -

00-06 gm suv suspension kits Wont get much better than those kits...just depends on how much money you wanna spend and how low you wanna go. I put the 3/5.5" kit on mine along with the Sphon Pan Hard Bar. Only pic I have of my suburban lowered. Suspension was not adjusted at all in this pic. It sits level now. Oh and i did this drop myself in my driveway. I dont suggest you do it all by yourself, at least have one friend there to help you get tools and part and have another on standby in case you need to run to the store.

Well its like barley an 1/8 on each side. its hardly nothing. but enough to keep the subs from going all the way in. I may just try to sand down there the spokes are since thats whats hitting.

So i built a box for my buddy and I well...the sub cutouts are like a 1/4" to small. Whats the best way to fix this. I was thinking I could cut out a new baffle and use a laminate trim bit with the guide on top but is there an easier way? Maybe a way that I wont have to waste more wood. I am sure I could just sand it but then I would be left it a crappy looking cutout. Ideas?

First off call DDM, they will do everything they can to help you resolve this over the phone. Just make sure you have time and are on a phone where you can mess with the car while they are on the line. Second...sounds like an electrical issue. I have seen HIDs not fire because of the initial current draw. The stock wires are not always adequate. Try this on a cold start and when you would normally run into the issues you are having. Try holding the RPMs up just a little before you turn the lights on. If they fire right up I would suggest you get the relay harness.

Level 5 18 ported box build
PUNKYOU007 replied to conley916's topic in DC Sound Lab - Big Bass on ANOTHER LEVEL!
Ehh, screws are useless once the glue is dry. The glue is whats gonna hold it together. When I build my box I pre drilled and counter sunk for screws. Then Glued it and used the screws to hold it together. Once all the glue dried I took all the screws out and filled the holes with wood glue. I have 4 18s in my box...no issues. My box is also doubled on all sides. -
