yea its a 99 f150 these pods sound awesome. i have my tweeter in the a piller. even from these audiobahns im getting some good midbass. but im going to upgrade my 6.5's to some components. probably some PG rsd's

fleece doesnt add strength, more fiberglass matte would.

i got 4 of the 3011's in my mazda protege sealed and they pound for being some kenwoods. lol

im using some audiobahn 6.5 coaxial's and 4 inch components with tweeters in the a pillar i know alot of people dont like audiobahn but these sound decent and get loud. they are bout a 1/2 inch away from the dash i ended up using bedliner spray on it.

for just the inside of the box it shouldnt matter to much if you have extra mekp. cause you dont have to worry about getting it to hort and warping.

you should be fine in the 50's maybe a bit more on mekp

how did you guys seam them? some great stuff? sound deadener over it?

my truck has some vents on the back wall that make alot of noise and rattles. What are they there for? what will happen if i seal them up?

Im making some Door pods that i can bolt onto my stock door panels. Its my first set i ever tried. ive made some kick panels that sat in the corner on the floor but wasnt molded into anything.. taped up.. then i put some wax on it. the lines were some guidelines not how it was suppose to look. pulled off and cleaned up. Im using T-Nuts to bolt it on. I was going to round it over but i forgot to leave some extra wood around the speakers, so it has a very slight round over.. but not really much. Today i got 1 wrapped and put some resin on it. I think I might wrap it in this material that i have on some other pieces in the truck and for some bass i have 4 of these. RE se12's dual 2 ohm my current 4 kenwood subs hit the lows so i cant wait to put these in. but im going to make a false floor and take out the backrest also in the truck.
