The box is 3.35cu and is tuned to about 40Hz. I used one 6" Aeroport. The woofer is an Audio System X-ION 15.

Yeah there is some box flex wich is nooot good. I told him to use more brace and double up the side with the woofer but hey he didn´t listen ^^

Yes you are right. He made the box so flat (design stuff ) that there is only space for this short ports. Only other way is just to add more of them. But anyway i want to rebuild it completely for him ^^. The woofers:
