So we were at the show today coleman did a 150.7 with 1 sampson and 2 xl 12s from the trunk and moose did a 147.9 with a lol 100 x 2 amp that's right a 200 watt rated amp the caddy pulled a 145 flat with the same amp as moose, quinton did a 156 with 3 level 4 15s and 2 sundown 3000s and shawn did a bass race run at 148 with 1 level 5 18 and a 2000 watt amp good job guys it was fun seeing everyone come out. Also moose and coleman should be posting pics soon.

I will be there to help out anyway I can the most important thing is to know the rules and get in the right class which I will help out with just let me know and should be a big turn out texflex and ground pounders will be there.

Sorry to hear that and that is a problem I have noticed unless you read the rules 20 times and exploit grey areas it is hard for a newcomer coming in but I know db drag has certain classes for new people like stock and bass boxing and tbp also has entry level classes for new guys 2 but whatever you decide to do good luck.

Don't get discouraged just find a class that works 4 you like stock class or something and you can be competitive.

Lol just do what I did and beat them at there own game 155 really ain't that hard to get to now 160 and higher is a chore.

Yep like I thought everyone has a different preference I hate to say it but if you want to know 4 sure build the big 1 and the smaller 1 but please post the results because what works 4 me might not work 4 you only way to know 4 sure is try em both.

Man you will get mixed opinions on size but if you are definitely planning on going with a 2nd 2500 I would do around 2 cubes a piece and either shoot the port out the top or the drivers side of the box.

I don't know all I used was an old tc sounds basket that I had from back in the day I got 1 left and both motors but I never could get recones so I went with the level 6s and I got 2 say I was impressed.

It is an 18 which is personal weapon of choice in single sub setups.

Level 6 motor and soft parts I had the basket and built it myself I still have 1 more basket going 2 use it for the 2nd 1.
