    i dont see how slowing a wave down makes a box seem bigger. In a tline it makes it seem longer, but not a larger cross sectional area. Here is where i read about the heat part. http://www.caraudio-forum.com/forum/index....entry3308

    that has somethin to do with it. the air movement causes the fill to rub together and make heat. i forgot how that makes the box seem bigger though.

    What do all those chambers do? And to me it looks like this will be tuned really high as a tline, since an expanding line needs to be longer to get the same frequency it would of a straight line. Unless it acts more like a ported box but my first attempt at a tline was really fudged but it ended up being a great box with a pretty flat response

    its pretty easy to strap them, just search in it the sundown forum and something will pop up. as for trade ins, I think he has a hold on that till he sells more of the amps that were traded in.

    if you want to switch to sundown and you need power at 2 ohms. just get 2 1500s and strap them

    I remember telling you about that. turned out hes reply just got lost in my email. When i cleaned out my inbox i found a reply from him from a long time before then. The last time i emailed them about gettin another axis, i have a reply that next day. as for their phone number on the website. i never had anyone pick up the phone.

    I have two of the Axis 15's and i dont think i will ever get rid of them. They completely destroy the low notes like i havent heard before. They are coming back under the TC sounds name pretty soon.

    It gives a good flat response. I think with his new sa8's he is reccomending 30 to 40. the same should work with the E8's

    jacobs specs reccomend .6 cubes tuned to 30. I had 4 in 2.4 cubes at 30 and it sounded great. six inch port would be too big for just one 8 though

    Its done it since i had it. what part do i fix? Soundcard?

    No specific frequencies. it just does it random when ever music or anything is playing.

    Ive had a sound problem with my Laptop for a while now. When playing music it will have loud popping sounds. I first noticed in when i hooked it up to my system in my car to use a tone generator to test things. It does it on the laptop speakers, but harded to notice since its a lower frequency pop, and it does in when i plug an aux cord to other speakers. anyone know whats wrong?

    Might be hard in a car. What i know about them is: mechanical power handling is decreased not really for spl the box its in(meaning each side of the wall) needs to be atleast 10x the VAS of the subwoofer I put some E8's in the center of my back seat for a IB setup a while back. I could barely get 100 watts before mechanical limits at low frequecies. It did sound very good though, but it was only 2 8's so it wasnt super loud
