    Double up the wire on EACH power supply. Like put 2 yellows(+) together on one and do 2 blacks (-) on the same one and just do it for each other power supply.

    If you ground to the frame on like a SUV or something I've seen people spray the wire and the frame with like truck bed lining to keep that from happening.

    Yep ground to the rear strut tower or do a run from your front batt neg. Make sure to grind the paint off first if you do it to the tower. For the post above me, unibody cars have no frame.

    Have you thought about sealing it off from the trunk? Like the sub firing in the cabin? Would be worth a try before you build another.

    Wow I guess you can't go by specs any more it seems. You need dual 4 gauge for power. IIRC isn't true 4 gauge inputs on the amp. For the post above me would probably be your best bet.

    1/0 is power and ground. Amp requires it. Oh also forgot put a 250 amp fuse on that 1/0

    No? The amp specs say 12 gauge and the subs say 12 gauge. So in turn get 12 gauge.

    Get 1/0 from http://www.knukonceptz.com/ Also get some 12 gauge speaker wire from them. (for the subs)

    Could be a pinched or dud rca or the grounds on the amps are crap.

    I would just keep the pb and get a ho alt. Not sure if this is fact but I think you will still be putting a strain on your electrical

    The subs maybe fine now but they may not last for very long. The coil on the one that smoked will probably come unwound
