    Tape Measure, rubber hammer, bench vise, drill press w/vise, drill bits, tap and bolts. each of those holes is tapped to hold the bolt itself. Oh yeah and alot of cussing because copper dont like to cut worth a shit with a clutched drill press even using cutting oil lol

    Fi and its sister companies are the only ones that can use the 18" 12 spoke. They have exclusive rights to it which is why you dont see any other 18's in 12 spokes from other sub manu's
