good god, people will argue about anything lol. sure a 45 will strengthen the edges but has anyone had an edge/joint fail? you dont add them for the purpose of bracing. so you are all correct, just arguing over irrelevant points. OP, the only place i would consider bracing is the inside port opening. that will be most susceptible to flexing.

thats basically what im saying but its not they they are too close really, just the way the box is shaped. you can get a sweep but you wont know what frequency it bottoms out at in the range.

isnt is amp guts or something that has a list of test tomes you can DL free? i forget. nch tone generator, its free and you make whatever tone you want. it seems to be a low amplitude though so ill take them to audacity to amplify the tone.

ok well this is a shot in the dark here but MAYBE... a port and box size are all controlling the pressure inside the box. MAYBE, because of the round tub on the bottom of the box, the air is going down from the subs and gets shot straight out the port on the other side of the tub. actually being so efficient that its relieving too much pressure. sounds far fetched, just a theory. and thats the only really different thing about your box to be an unknown factor.

hmm... well i may have a theory here but 1st, how much room is there from the port opening to the bottom of the box? is it hanging over the wheel well?

im sure it just me but it looks like the box has no bottom. like its just the bottom of the trunk. where does the port open at?

either its a flaw in the box, like it isnt sealed properly, or its your song choice. play something above 34hz and see if it still bottoms out. lol read his sig guys.

"rumblers" are used on emergency vehicles to help alert people of their presence. if you have your radio up decently loud with the windows up, its very easy to miss the ambulance until its rite behind you and you're in the way. a big part of a cop's job is to save people. just like firefighters and EMTs. they just all do it in different ways. so whatever gets them to the scene faster, I'm all for it. edit - by the way, this is an old ass video. these have been in use for a while.
