exactly what he said...you dont have to use detailing spray either. When we do it we just use some soap and water. Its a great product and takes everything off the paint. If you wanna test it out take a plastic sandwhich bag and put it over your hand and run it over the car. then use the clay bar and do it again. The clay bar takes everything off so make sure you wax afterwards.

well I picked up 2 1500ds so we will see how they go. I am going to be ordering a 220+ amp from Dom hopefully within the next couple weeks and then I will be getting my LVL 4's with CF dust cap.

haha i had one too...but you gotta know people... I didnt have to take mine off but I did because its too much of a hassle. Dont need the cops pulling me over at the wrong time ya know...

its on my radar man...just gotta figure out what I need haha. I know both are more than able to push the lvl 4's but these amps are no RF's so I am just wondering if one is built better and that kind of stuff...

Which ones do you guys think would better for a pair of lvl 4's. I will be running one sub to one amp. I am figuring that the PA wont be putting out a complete 2300 @1 ohm but does the PB put out a full 1500 @ 1 ohm? which would you guys recommend?

Techinically all HID's are illegal unless in an approved DOT housing made for HIDs. My point is the fact once you go over 6-7k you loose alot of light output from what I have heard. I must say I have no first hand experience but from what I have read numerous times you start loosing alot of light. And the bluer you go the more attention you are going to draw and I have known a few people that have been given tickets for the HIDs because they were to blue and were giving glare like a motherfucker

that was one of the deciding factors why I am swtiching over, I know both subs will do well no matter what... I just stopped by Gately Audio and checked out the LVL 4 12" and that thing is a beast.

definitly went to TAP today..they wanted 100 a gallon not including hardner...damn thats expensive

heres a picture of what they look like keep in mind the higher the kelvins the less output you are going to get from them. 10k and 12k are probably gunna put out worse light then your stock ones. And plus the blue is going to be attracting alot of unwanted attention when you are blinding everyone from the glare.
