    yes you should.. never such a thing as to much power.. the more power you have the smoother things operates.. first i change out the battery under the hood.. find the biggest battery you can find and fit.. xs power is having a great sale on their battery's(best in the business) and do an big 3 upgrade and see what that gets you. and get a voltage meter so you are able to see what kinda power fluctuation you system is experiencing .

    it is not going to be daily driven it is only going to be for the weekends. I am getting another car soon dont matter if its daily weekly or yearly... its gonna be some major voltage drop with that... i think you man need to put a lil more thought into what ur tryin to accomplish...hold on WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH?

    ur gonna need to do some major electrical up grades if ur running that a 0.5... prob close to 350 amps stock alt and 2 battery's cant keep up with that current demand. you be in 10 volts in no time

    idk every alpine amp i ever had was picky... dont like low load.. i vote something strong at 2 ohm

    so you realize to get the most power of of a amp you need to run .5 ohm so automatically the alpine it out cuz its on two ohm stable.

    but will the 4 woofers displace more air? thats really what im looking for Depends on the subs. For example, 2 AA/SMDs on 20kwrms will move more air than 4 Alpine Type Rs. But, 4 XLs will also move more air than 4 Kicker CVRs. Depends on sub and power lol. right now im debating on tryin 4 re se's for a while since im impatient.. its just about having a 2 un-opened woofers and a orion 2500d staring you in the face that says TEMPORARY SET-up lol

    is it possible yes.. have i done it yes. orion 2500 on to sundown 12s.. lowest voltage went 11.9.. i also have big 3 done with 2 kinetik 1800s... would i suggest this no... what do i recommend.. glad u asked MECHMAN 270 amp alt FTMFW... did i win ... o yea i won on friday
