    use a scrap piece of mdf and cut it 20" long and drill 2 holes on either end exactly the cutout diameter of the sub put a screw in one end and a pencil in the other BAM you have a circle

    DO NOT let your buddy screw them in at an angle you will most likely make it worse there will be weak spots in the wood and it wont last long before the sub beats the box to hell i learned this that hard way

    you can put it on the outer metal but i would think that it would help more on the inner metal even if you on got small pieces in there try cutting really small pieces and squeezing your hand in there to get something on the inside

    look in the enclosure design area and search till you find some i know there are plenty of builds on here with them

    you should be able to find a nice set of wheels and tires in 17-18 for around or less than that easily now 19s can get crazy (20s are cheaper in most cases)

    as much as you can afford in most cases ive been advised to start with like 8 0 sqft start with one layer on the roof and the back wall and they use what you have left over to put more layers in those areas or on the inside of the doors "usually" the floor has some deadener on it already or the metal and really thick so its not a necessity to put it on the floor

    title says it i felt like wishing everyone on the forum a happy valentines day my valentine is currently out of the country so i get to spend it alone this year
