  6. good stuff so far can we get some experts to shed some light as well
  7. my 2 cents if you are going to start playing online then go ahead and do it take the flip out as well but test everything first before you make the trade. I own both systems and have for quite awhile and I have stopped playing game on my ps3 and only use it for blue ray and my main gaming console now is the 360 which sees online use at least 3 to 5 time a week so if your a gamer do it but hey just my 2 cents you do what you want in the end
  8. I know their was a topic about this some time back but no one gave a clear explanation of what to look for if you want a sub that will be louder than the next as far as specs go. I guess if you were to give two different subs in the proper boxes with proper power which would be louder based on specs how does one decide on the spec side of things what should me/we look for
  9. never said they were bad just said over rated and that amp your using is under rated try putting a true 400 rms to those for a while and see what happens i was just making an observation based on my experience and you kinda proved my point with the 300 rms per sub that you said not trying to start an argument tho just made a statement think what you want better subs out their for the money is all my point was
  10. ok first off i got to this way late just watched the vids second you crazy sob i have never seen a surround buckle that hard ever three thats f*(kin amazing that it still works DC for the win and last I wish i could have taken a pic of my reaction it looked like chode when he got his box of tweeters only scared wow just wow is all I got to sum that up
  11. ok just so you know i have installed several pairs of these and most are ok at best but when hooked up to a low grade amp kenwoods shit is way overrated the first pair i installed was gone in two days they were on a pdx600.1 and i upgraded them to infinity and they haven't been back the second set I did was off a Kac-9103d and they only lasted a month kenwood constantly does this with all their products look around if you don't believe me saying that the 9103d is cea compliant at over 900 rms and then it gets tested at like 500 to 700 rms and their 12 subs that handle 400 rms and then fry in a week when hooked up to real power they rate their subs for their amps just know that
  12. ^ pm sent
  13. I am looking to buy a dual 2 ohm 12 or 15 in sub that will handle 1400-1500 rms daily. Some of the subs I had in mind are the Fi BL fully loaded, Btl Loaded i'll upgrade the amp later if I can get a good price on this, Acendent audio havoc, re sx, dc lvl 4 xl, or anything that will work well running off a hifonics bxi1606d. My price range is 300 to 400 thanks for any replies.
  14. let me settle that by saying right now i have a the worst pioneer sub ever in my car and a 10 year old audiobhan 2 chan just to get me till the new truck so I understand the budget thing if you are looking to buy on a budget the best subs on the market are the kicker comps and kicker cvrs not the cheapest thing on the market for subs but they are reliable easily found and can handle decent power and sound good thats my 2 cents and BTW I dont like kicker im an mtx man myself but you gotta love the entry level stuff from those guys
  15. ok in this order 1. JUNK 2. great sq sub gets slightly loud 3. if you are thinking about this go with number 2. 4. I've seen more of these blown than a John with hundreds pasted to his prick 5. NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO Bad Monkey Hope you understand
  16. Ok so one of my all time greatest songs to rock out to ever is The boys are back- By Bad Company I was wondering if anyone could maybe do a mix with some added bass and slowed to some degree that would be great thanks for the help

  18. quick question is it one ohm final load to the amp and how much shipped to 32068
  19. I know what he wants and those cd's are made by the company for the company They are a little 60amp max 40 amp cont. ac to dc inverter dont know the make or model they are not labeled in mine but here is something close to it http://www.woofersetc.com/p1765/PS52KX--Py...ower-Supply.htm this one has meters for you though but it is a little less than the ones we use BTW I work for the company as an installer and maintain the sound room myself
  20. oh those things that is our company disc that is what they have exclusive rights to play if you want it you can ask your local store but they toss em at the end of the month and if you like pm and i will try to snag one next time im at work and copy it to tell you what songs they are but it changes like every month but you just have to remind me and i just made our sub room capable of having usb and i pod so we could demo our own stuff and a few other stores i think followed me we can play pretty much whatever we want as long as its clean edit and by the way i never order them for my store because of the usb and ipod hook up previously mentioned
  21. thanks man anybody else care to throw in their 2 cents im open to suggestion at this point want to bass race in the 130 class and still sound good daily budget is 300 to 400 for the sub and the amp is a bxi1606d with plenty of power to back it up
