    Ray, I read the manual for the 6xs and it seems pretty cool. I would like to research it more, but the 'mobile audio' section of Audiocontrol.com is down. So, couple questions, do you stock the crossover modules in the freqs you mentioned above? And, how do you set front output to bandpass? Im kind of confused because there are separate outputs for front LP and front HP. I do have a local dealer, but they are one of "those". I've been there twice and facepalmed twice lol.

    Your losing me, Ray, its late. Could I use the inline crossovers(fmods) to do it?

    It has BP, but the highpass side only goes up to 300. It would be perfect for midbass or a 3-way setup, but for a 2-way setup, not so much.

    How can I cross the tweeters at 3000hz HP, and the mids 90 and 3000 bandpass?

    I need a crossover or capacitor for the tweeters though, right? The HP filter on the amp is 300hz, I don't want them playing shit that low.

    Thought about it. Just afraid i'll fuck something up. I already have 1 dead tweeter, +2 on the xover fml. Yeah, -2 on those tweeters or theyll go fast. You're about at the limit of power these tweets will take from what I hear. Anything over 150ish starts to push them pretty quick. Yeah, it was user error during the install, I somehow had 1 at +2 while the other 3 are at -2. It happens.

    I'll try active then, got nothing going on tomorrow. Hell, I never even tested the non-working tweeter, maybe its just the x'over that is screwed up.

    I'm thinking about adding some 5x7/6x8's to the factory locations in my doors. As most of you have seen, I have the custom panels with Hertz components down low in the doors. . The factory location is above that(near the little defroster hole) I was thinking of using this stuff . My question is, will the Kickers mess with the sound quality of the Hertz? Might be one of those try it and find out questions, just looking for ideas.

    I love my DC's, too. I must say I would like to try other brands, but price is a big selling point for DC. If I had a little more cash, I would love to try the D95 series. They are twice as much as xl's though. Oh, and congrats on the win OP

But, they'll never get on AA/Fi's level Sure AA is the purest crap, they have a woofer whos rated with 500 watt´s, where you can only throw 10 times more power on it and doin 1.1 dB less than this DC build, without magic smoke My link, purest crapy AA subs. Congrats to your score. I can never tell what side your opinion is on lol. Are you being sarcastic about AA being crap?
