Yeah, I thought about that wire size, too. So anywhere btween 200-300 fuse would be safe, right?

I got that, but if the alt is only making 140amps, how will that wire ever see 300? Im still learnin all this electrical stuff.

Fuse it close to the rating of the alt, maybe a little higher. So, in your case a 150 or even 200 should be fine. 0 gauge will handle it easily.

Im thinking about adding another sub and putting them facing the cab sealing off the trunk. How would I do the port? Forward, up through the rear dash, something else?? This is something I know nothing about, so help from some of you with this kind of setup would be appreciated.

I got a 12xl and it sounds better toward the bigger end of recommended specs. You might have to do a couple box builds to see what sounds best.
