    God damn!!! What did you do to blow up a lead like that? Yeah, 10 or even 12 gauge could be a temp fix. Hope it holds up for you at the show.

    So I need to wire to ~2ohm total load for each amp to see 1 ohm. I really appreciate you guys trying to help, this is my first experience with strapping amps and I don't want to fry something or void my warranty.     OK, i'm on the same page with you there, but what would each amp see at .93? Would it be .46 or 1.8 per amp?

    Only thing can suggest is a quick and heavy solder job. It would be easier at the terminal end, but at the vc end, good luck.

    Obviously I'm not the smartest at this shit, but how do you get a 1.34 nominal load with with THREE dual 1.4 subs? Wired to a single amp series/parallel, you get just under a 1 ohm load. Two amps strapped, with the same wiring configuration would still be around a final 1 ohm, so how much would each amp see?

    All I can say is your gonna have to build the box INSIDE the trunk to make a 15 fit. And also, make sure you give us pics of whatever you decide. Fuck that Audison, you can use a seperate amps for bass and mids/highs, don't buy anything from ebay.

    Do you have room to have part of the ports outside the box? Then you could make the ports longer without bends.
