I got almost all my materials ready to go playboy
-
Ok I promise Ill think about it if you can tell me if those dimensions will give me port noise
-
1. I already canceled out the idea of that first design 2. There is 3 subs, not two 3. The design I changed to IS port up subs up 4. Now, the only thing I am concerned with is port noise coming from a 38.5 X 3.5 port if there is any at all
-
will that cause any problems? how bad would the port noise be (if any)?
-
the plan for the port was 38.5" wide
-
yeah this is my first build and I'm not exactly thinking before I do things (up until now maybe). The only way to do it the RIGHT way is to port up, and I have no problem with that.
-
the port can just go all across the top of the enclose (end to end), 3.5 inches tall (which will give me about 18^2 inches per cube) and it will be 35" long, giving me a tuning fq around 33 HZ
-
I just looked and I won't need 2 corners. I can just port upwards
-
with the room that I have, it has to up/down at some point.
-
FML. Idk why I didn't just think of it like this; if the port covers the same area of all the subwoofers, than no loading issues. I fucked up.
-
why will you have them but I wont?
-
and the middle sub won't have a loading problem?
