I installed my new alt, did the big three, and raised the gain up to allow 1400 watts to each sub, but the right one still craps out at high volume???...

sprayed that stuff and tightened the belt a hella lot....squeak pretty much gone. There is a small noise from the alt but I ain't worried....

so your saying, alt? ...its not just a noise, its an extremely loud squeak.

Imma go run and grab some belt dressing, but if anyone has a better idea than by all means lemme know

It squeaks more when I rev...If that helps ...also when I first installed it, and reved everything to test it up, it only squeaked a little on the startup but stopped. When I started to actually drive home, it started squeaking a lot so I immediately went back to the driveway

just a sqeaking sound....I really couldn't tell you what kind, just a loud squeaking sound.

TTT I cant get home if I don't fix this, or replace my other alt, which is an hour project in this jeep.

Like said, I just installed an alternator, and now its squeaking rather loudly...I've tried loosening and tightening the belt....Ideas. Its a 225 am EA and my vehicle is in my sig... Please help

Something with Rockford Fosgate, Fi, and the pupeteer thing from the Godfather! Get creative, cuz that's my weakness...I'll definitely use it though ...Forgot to add alpine, Infinity Kappa Perfects, and Jeep Grand Cherokee if possible, but the first part is most important! Thanks
