    There was definitely more than one of these threads....anyway mine was 2 jl w0's in a small jl wedge box. They were each getting like 75 watts. I learned about speakers by installing that sony amp myself lol.

    Wait I must be missing something...does he mean 1 crunch per btl or one total. If it is one total why would he need a small box, I thought small boxes were better when you have more power and large boxes for less power. Maybe I'm just lost... edit...ok I missed the part where he asked about getting two of the crunch amps....yea with that power you will be very happy, and I would stick with a box on the smaller side of recommended.

    yea its still there and if i click on it and then use the buttons I will see it move but the way it used to be a box would open in the top left showing the volume changes and I was used to it...can't find a way to change it in my control settings.

    When I use the sound controls on my dell Inspiron 1720, it used to show my volume, raising/lowering/muting on the screen. All of a sudden, it stopped appearing on screen. The buttons still work, but I can't find a setting that will allow me to see if the volume is going up or down. I think installing sp1 or microsoft word might have caused the problem. Anyone know?
