Where as Vtec doesn't kick in until anywhere from 5500rpm or higher. So to hear the rice explode often you'd have to really be beating on the engine by shifting so late all the time.

If you go to a shop and they don't know what the big 3 or how to install it, then I suggest you move on to the next shop. I wouldn't trust a shop to work on a $500 vehicle if they didn't know how to do something so basic, let alone one that is $40k+. Warranties are there to cover issues with OEM parts that have been installed by Infiniti employees.. They will cover if there is a mistake made by an employee or by an OEM part they make, not aftermarket parts or others tearing the car apart. They can't account for the build quality of the part or if it will run properly on their vehicle and they can't account for someone(not saying u will) ripping apart whatever piece and breaking it. The majority of people in that situation would say something broke with that part they were working on and Infiniti then stands to lose money because of it. Hopefully that explains it all for ya.

I run the 2/0 Ultraflex welding wire I posted and it's as flexible as 1/0 kicker hyperflex or Knu kollosus flex is... The regular welding wire isn't super flexible but can still be used just fine in a CA install.

1/0ga Ultraflex wire from Welding supply is $2.57 per ft if u buy 50ft or more + 2/0 ultraflex is $3.42 per ft for 50ft+.

Go to weldingsupply.com and get a spool of 1/0 or 2/0 Ultraflex welding wire... It's a great price for an awesome product and it's plenty flexible.

Mach 5 SPL-15 or DD9515g would be my personal choice... But there are soo many others out there that will have pretty similar output and power handling capabilities - FI BTL, DC LVL5, IA DP, Orion HCCA, T3 T2000, AA Mayhem, RD HW, Atomic APXX, etc

With a planned enclosure of that size then I'd definitely suggest all thread without question.. Plus I'd suggest double up on each wall and triple baffle. As long as u account for the bracing when designing the enclosure then, just like in the electrical department there is not such thing as overkill.

First of all what hx2s do u have, power or punch?? Next how much power do u plan on running if you're planning to replace the amp?? If not what model is that amp, so we can check the actual RMS ratings(which will still be wayy overrated).

The challenges really do set Top Gear apart from every other car show made, like fifth gear... My personal favorite challenges are the cheap car challenges.

Forget the engine build, use the $$ to wall it off w/ like 4 15s... If you're gonna do an engine build don't start w/ a POS like this. At least look for an 80s Camaro or Stang to build up, since it gives u a proven platform to begin with.
