  1. you will still have decent voltage drop at full tilt but better than stock
  2. there are plenty of threads about electrical around here just look around. your gonna need an alt or 2 and a couple battery's to keep a decent voltage at full tilt
  3. Lol, like your gonna get one civic how would you know if i was going to or not?? to answer you no im not i dont need that kind of power
  4. Where to look? Wouldn't it be easier just to post pictures in this thread? you would think so if they would like to get more ppl interested instead of sending them some were else for pics
  5. mobil 1 or castrol syntec. and please still change your oil at 3k or no more than 4k. all motor oil is broke down at 4k therefore there is no more active cleansing additives left to attract the carbon and keep the motor clean. and you can always switch back to conventional oil if needed it wont hurt anything
  6. looking for ^^^^ used in good shape for a decent price. papal ready to go
  7. lmao look like you blew the guys ear drum out sittin in the back
  8. if your gonna run that much power dont make your box 2.2 per sub or they wont last long. sundown recommends 1.75 per sub but for the power i would run about 1.5 to 1.6 per sub with not a shit load of port and they will be fine
  9. 4 t3 audio t1000 or t2000 15's. if only on your list them sa15's with some upgrades
  10. run a new remote wire. maybe theres an issue with the one you have installed
  11. lol? The 8800 is not a monster at all, it barely draws power off the psu it draws more off the bus. You can power an 8800 off of a 350 watt power supply. Does the mother board have on board video, I assume it does if you had the option in the bios for the initial display. Plug it into the motherboard and set that as initial display. Or if you already did I guess check your other bios settings that maybe when quick boot is on you don't see the manufacturer display and boot up. it barely draws power????? then explain why the damn card has a 6 pin that needs to be plugged in since it cant get enough power out of the bus itself. and you say it draws more from that. lmfao i cant believe i just read that. hmm seems to me like it draws some power hey. btw the pci express slot is limited to 150 watts max draw which therefore you sir are wrong. it almost draws full power of the pci e connector at idle here ya go look at this if you dont believe me http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/overclocking/psu/116
  12. not all of the older ones are backwards compatible. there were some that werent. as far as games go get battlefield bad company 2 and buy the vietnam expansion if you like the normal game. i have socom and i think it sucks. one of the worst shooters i have played imo.
  13. if i remember right your truck already might have a 1 inch tweeter in it with 6.5 speakers. if you get a component set with 1 inch tweeters you could just fab them in the stock bracket and nobody would ever know
  14. he has 2 dc amps and 2 dual 1 ohms subs. he is stuck at .5 or 2 ohms per amp
  15. unistall drivers. take the card out of the computer and clean it just to make sure its not over heating bad. the idea of taking it out is to re seat the videocard into the motherboard to rule that out. install fresh drivers from the nvidia site. reboot and see if it still happens. could be multiple issues. driver related, power supply failing, motherboard failing what kind of power supply are you running? i really hope its not the stock gateway power supply cuz the 8800gt draws some power. i own one also it dont matter if it wasnt failing before but it is now. does your power supply have the 6 pin for a videocard? or are you using the 4 pin to 6 pin adapter that came in the box with the card
