  1. Raptor 3/8" Rings i have no experience with these. so anyone who does chime in on if they're undersized (as all raptor shit is) or not
  2. im a big fan of subtle appearances so id pick decal 1 if i was gonna get one. the second ones too busy looking to me.
  3. damn those neos are no joke. cant wait to see these finished. seems like youve got hella projects steve. the towers, the hoopty, plus rebuilding the civic (at least planning the rebuild). youre one busy man!
  4. nah cant find it. it may be on our other computer. we just got a new one so still digging up old files to transfer. but no im really kinda torn between drafting and electrical engineering. i was gonna go to itt for drafting but its 45k a year. just seemed a little steep to me. so that was a no go.
  5. mostly boxes for now since its only trial. but i do 3d modeling as a hobby mostly. ive got a car i made over the summer. ill see if i can find it on my computer n load pics
  6. mmmmm sex in 3d design haha. im in a drafting class in college, so im hoping i could get a student version. its crazy expensive either way. ive only got 1 save left on the trial too. ive been using it close to a year now on 25 saves it sucks to lose stuff.
  7. ya dude i used rhino in high school for 3 years. im pretty used to it. im using the free trial still. i need to buy the full version. but theres so many options for this.
  8. That's before displacement. But ports been accounted for. Should I shoot for 6 cubes you think? I had two for a while in 10 cubes with too small of a port. Sold those. Just got this one from a buddy for working on his dirtbike
  9. What do you think then? I designed a normal ported box. Its 5.2 cubes tuned to 32 with plenty of port. I'm running it on a zx1500.1 at 2 ohm too
  10. Hmm I wouldn't be surprised honestly. I may be building tomorrow so I need to know asap
  11. Is it okay to invert when doing a t-line
  12. 15" L7 in a t-line. i figured why not try it. but im still kinda confused. id like the sub n port to be on the same face. basically max dimensions width is 41" depth 30" height up to 20" (can go higher but hopefully dont need to). sd=156.25 fs=30 qts=.507. would it even be a good idea to try this? or you guys think put it in a ported and slam it? so my math gives me 155 in^2 port, and 9.5' long. sound right? heres the box design. sub inverted. 41" wide, 21" tall, 29" deep
  13. Why would you need to do this? And where were you thinking of putting them? I guess check the impedence and try it.
  14. Check the resistance of your voicecoils. Maybe you're getting a weird load cuz one of the coils is burned
  15. 500w max this is their base 12" and its rated at 250rms/500max. this is prolly what hes talking about
  16. use acetone or lacquer thinner to get great stuff off. i made that mistake once, but just once. as far as your system. ive had best results by facing the subs towards the trunk and letting the bass "load" in the trunk. i dont care for subs facing forwards myself cuz i think you get too much cone noise. im sure someone more experienced with this will chime in though. good luck man. edit. dont use paper towels when taking off great stuff. use an old towel cuz your gonna throw it away after
  17. We start it by jumping. Cradtsmen, fluke meter both read 7.5v
  18. Ohh another thing. I unplugged the harness to alt. Let it sit like 10 minutes. It charged 14.0v for a minute or so then dropped off to 7.5 again
