  1. If you win the overall points championship you would win the $500 prize. If you set a World Record at World Finals then you would win the $250 prize. You could win the overall points championship and set a World Record at Finals and get both prizes for a total of $750.
  2. Both batteries are exactly the same. The S1200 comes with a protective metal case and automotive posts and the D1200 does not.

  7. Max voltage you would want to see while charging is 14.9v.
  8. 10am would be best. Depending on how low the batteries are the 2 amp could take you 6 months.
  9. ^^^Correct! Price depends on where you get them. It can rage from $235 to $339. Where are you located and I will see if there is a dealer in your area.
  10. The chevys seem to do very well on the D1400s, so I would say you are set for lift off!
  11. Which amps are you using, and what vehicle is it going in? The D1400 is good for 3000watts for daily and 1500watts for comp. They work great in the vehicle we have running them now, and there is a substantial increase in the system power. Just have to have a way to charge around 16.8v and should be good.
  12. Well congrats on getting married!!! I would recommend going through Mechman, which is an authorized dealer. I can do the $235, but can not do the free shipping.
  13. In his defense he did send a PM today, but I didn't get to it till this post came up. This happens some times, because I cant stay on the forum all of the time. I try to get on in the AM and then again toward the end of the day everyday, but sometimes this doesn't always happen. For instance we have shipped out about 1,000 batteries yesterday and today so it has been a little busy. If anyone needs to get in contact with me calling our toll free number is usually the fastest way most of the time (888.497.7693 x1211).
  14. I was waiting till the end of the day to get tracking info on your order, because our tracking info isn't updated in the system until the end of the day process is complete. So, far I do not have tracking info on your battery, and I will update you as soon as I get the info. It will be to your location prior to the 20th, which is when you said you had to have it. Sorry for the delay, but it will be to you by the 20th.
  15. We currently are out of stock on the VCMs and currently do not have one for the two pin application.
  16. so do those have more lead in them than the average energy drink? lol
  17. Most dealers are out of stock on the S3400 and D3100 batteries at this time. We had a huge order come in and wipe us out, but we are finishing up production right now. Should be shipping to the dealers tomorrow or Monday, so they should all have them in stock very soon. Some online places you may want to check are: www.titanmotorsports.com www.soundsolutionsaudio.com www.mechman.com
  18. We ship from here fully charged, but as it was said before checking the voltage first is a good idea before installing.
  19. There is a safe way to recharge in a car, but lithium is just not able to withstand the beating an AGM battery can take.
  20. I dont see lithium being used for car audio any time in the near future if ever. It is not designed for the deep discharge of instantaneous power like an AGM battery can handle. Plus the price is freaking crazy to build a QUALITY lithium battery. Lithium batteries built CORRECTLY are perfectly safe to use in a car/truck/motorcycle or what ever else. There is a lot of R&D, work, time, and money invested in our current racing lithium batteries, and this is why you dont see anything about our batteries exploding or catching on fire like a lot of other companies batteries. You can't just put some lithium battery backs together and throw it together to make a light weight racing battery, but some companies have done that and their reputation has been tarnished because of it. I can't let out all the details on our batteries, because there is not another lithium battery on the market that has the technology in it that our battery has. For instance you take the LR48 lithium battery (made for Pro Stock drag cars)it is basically internally controlled by a computer. You can set the voltage output of battery to one steady voltage through out the run. That wasn't developed in a couple of hours, days or even months. It took a lot of testing and engineering work to develop, which means a lot of money. But as of now there isn't enough testing and technology available to make the lithium batteries a cost effective option for car audio.
  21. If your alternator is set to charge at 15V or higher then yes you can run into problems and cut down on the life of the battery. Suggested charging voltage is 14.4 to a max of 14.9V. Alternators will fluctuate with their charging voltages. When they are cold they will jump up into the 15V range and then drop back down into safe charge voltages when they warm up. This would be ok for charging XS Power Batteries, but if you have a regulator on your alternator and it is regulated to charge at 15V or higher, then you will cut down on the life of your battery.
  22. Just to let you all know I will be out of the office next week, so if you need something just call the main office number 888.497.7693 and the front desk will help you out. I will not be able to check my PMs or email, so there will be a delay on those responses. If you have a pressing issue get with me before Friday, so we can get you hooked up. Thanks, Nathan
  23. D6500 is the battery that replaces your OEM battery and will be the same size.
